Limited-edition, small-batch blends that celebrate the growing season and the flavors it brings.
Think chive blossom salt in spring, celebrating those fleeting purple flowers; a toasted dill pickling blend in summer, made for preserving the garden’s abundance; a savory seed-forward blend inspired by the completion of the growing cycle, and saffron to warm the table in winter.
These seasonal offerings will be intentionally small and limited. Part of the joy is allowing the garden—and the season—to decide what comes next.
Why Reserve?
Inspired in part by the wine country we call home here in Central Virginia, Reserve represents something set apart — a special offering made in limited quantities, when the time is right.
These are not monthly blends or permanent additions to the pantry. They are expressions of the garden at particular moments in its cycle, shaped by the seasons, the harvest, and the celestial rhythms that guide our work.
Each offering will arrive in its own time, made with intention from what the garden has to give. Some may return with another season; others may be a fleeting expression of a single harvest. Only nature will decide.
